Darnell “Super Chef” Ferguson

Mr. Darnell “Super Chef” Ferguson is a celebrity chef who opened his first restaurant in 2012 called Super Chefs. The Super Chef’s approach to chef-driven breakfast food quickly won over fans, including super fans like Shaquille O’Neal, Keke Palmer, Tom Joyner, Yolanda Adams and D.L. Hughley. He received the honor of being one of the first students chosen to cook for President George W. Bush, Sr. and other honorary guests like Venus and Serena Williams during the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. He was one of only 22 individuals selected out of thousands who applied, and it was there that Ferguson stood out and was awarded the nickname “Super Chef.”

Ferguson has also earned fans from appearances on The Rachael Ray Show, Guy’s Grocery Games, Beat Bobby Flay, The Food Network, The 700 Club, HLN, The Cooking Channel, Headline News HLN, The Travel Channel: Greatest Breakfast in America Areas Fall 2018 and many more. Through the concept of Super Chefs and Superhero Chefs, Mr. Ferguson also has been featured in over ten publications which highlight his personality and creativity.

When he’s not being a Super Chef, Darnell loves giving back. He works with numerous charities and often delivers motivational speeches to students in Louisville schools, youth detention centers and at-risk youth. He has lived an inspiring life, and at 29 years old has quickly shown how cooking can change lives. He travels throughout the country  inspiring people with the message of his personal journey and sharing his joyous food.
